Severity icon and unit of Query Store Utilization are not showing up for a new Azure SQL agent -
Description
When creating a new agent to monitor a fresh created Azure database, and no Query Store data has been generated yet, the Severity icon and unit of Query Store Utilization are not showing up in the overview.
Severity icon and unit will show up when there are Query Store metrics collected (eg. Query Store Utilization > 0%)

This issue was logged as AZFOG-4 and has been fixed in the 5.9.5.20 and higher releases of the Azure SQL cartridge.
