How to disable the "Toggle compiling with Debug" option from being on at launch of Toad.

Cause
User does not want to keep on turning off the "Toggle compiling with Debug" option when Toad first launches.

Resolution
To disable the option from being turned on at launch of Toad:
1. Go to View | Toad Options in the main menu tool bar.
2. Go to Editor | Execute\Compile in the left-hand tree list.
3. Un-check the box labeled ' Default to "Compile with Debug" '.
4. Click on Apply and OK.
5. Close Toad and re-launch it. Now the "Toggle compiling with Debug" option will not be on.
