Oracle instance being monitored by Foglight restarted. Was Foglight the cause?
The following is found in the Oracle trace log

ORA-04031: unable to allocate 40 bytes of shared memory ("shared pool","unknown object","KGLH0^ca4d0eed","kglHeapInitialize:temp")
The last line of the trace file was the cause of the restart and a new trace file was created then.
The last application interacting was Oracle Enterprise Manager.
According to Oracle Metalink (Doc ID 1638733.1) this message can be expected behavior and the user should increase the shared_pool_size.
