While installing Toad for Data Analysts, various errors would pop up near the end of the install process.

The installer then closes out completely. Going to the install directory, files for the Toad install are found, including the exe, but the application cannot be launched.
Conflicts in the .NET install. .NET may be installed, but there are conflicts between the current and various other .NET that are installed currently, or were previously installed but uninstalled.
Repair .NET install(s).
Steps done in the followed in order:
Run cleanup tool
Remove 3.5, 3.0 and 2.0
Reboot
Install .net 2.0 (MS.NET.FRAMEWORK_EPE_DSU_I^2.0.50727.42.1) reboot
Install .net 3.0 (MS.NET.FRAMEWORK_XP_EPE_I^3.0.04506.30.1) reboot
Commit for .net 3.5 SP1 (MS.NET.FRAMEWORK_COMMIT_VSXP_EPE_I^3.5.30729.0.2)
Reboot
