Importing an exported and modified excel file does not apply any changes -
Description
First create a excel file from a model, then modify the excel file, and finally import the file back to apply the changes in the model and nothing happens -
Cause
The row "ID" has been modified or deleted, it can't find the object and can't apply any changes -
Resolution
Leave the "ID" row exactly as it was when the excel file was exported so Toad Data Modeler find the object in the model and apply the changes
In order to import into a new model, then you should remove all ID values in the ID column in Excel. Make sure the column is unlock first
