Error Access Violation selecting "Load into grid from Memory" option of Set Parameters window. (4227414)

User connects in Toad using an Oracle account that only has “execute any procedure” and “execute any program” rights. Account does not have rights to alter programs. Hence, Toad does not display package body code of packages in Schema Browser or Editor windows.  User right-clicks on a stored procedure in a package in Schema Browser and selects Execute Package option. This procedure uses referential cursors.  Toad at this point displays the Set Parameters window and input parameters values are entered.  From Output Options tab, "Load into grid from Memory" option is selected. At this point an Access Violation error occurs.

This issue does not occur in Toad version 10.6.
