Blank error message appears when connecting to any database -
Description
I opened the SQL Optimizer for SQL Server application and when I choose to click on any database servers available, I receive an error prompt window that contains no error message. I just see a red X and an OK button. Clicking OK will not connect to the database within the application.

Cause
Installation option caused limitation to connect. The "Only Me" option was selected.

Resolution
1. Uninstall SQL Optimizer for SQL Server via the Add/Remove Programs.
2. During installation, when prompted to choose to install for "Me Only" or "Anyone", ensure the "Anyone" option is selected.Continue installation and re-try connecting. -
