Error, "Driver's SQLAllocHandle on SQL_HANDLE_ENV failed" when connecting to DB2 via ODBC
Description

When making an ODBC connection to DB2 within Toad Data Modeler, the following error occurs:
Connection failed because of the following error: "[Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Driver's SQLAllocHandle on SQL_HANDLE_ENV failed"
Cause

DB2 Security Feature, connecting with user that does not have access.
Resolution

RESOLUTION #1:
Ensure to connect with user that has access to the database specified in the DSN setup or test using db2admin user.

RESOLUTION #2:
Windows user needs to be part of the DB2ADMNS or DB2USER windows group.
