SQL Performance - Overview Tab has no data to display -
Description
When PI is not enabled, the SQL Performance > Overview tab does not show any data.
The following error message appears in the FMS log

This issue has been fixed in the 5.9.3.10 and higher releases of the database cartridges available for download from Supportlink.
