Schema object name is shown as the batch name instead of TSQL in SQL PI (4226624)

In SQL PI when displaying an ad-hoc batch or system procedure, the batch short text is shown.

Other batches show the display name.

In some situations the schema object name may be displayed as an object number.

How the batch name is obtained

• For ad-hoc batches, the batch name is "ad-hoc batch"
• For system procedures, the batch name is "system procedure"
• For others, the batch name is the schema object name. i.e. dbo.C_SP_Stock_Level;1 or Object 6:1671677003;1

As per customer requests, the procedure name (such as dbo.C_SP_Stock_Level;1) is displayed because it provides more values to the end users. The SQL text can be seen by using the "show text" button.

When the Object name is displayed as a number 

In some situations it has been found that the object name is displayed as Object 6:1671677003;1, particularly if the database is a backup replica of another database.

This issue may be caused by a permissions issue accessing the monitored database. Please either

1. Rerun the permissions script in the monitored database or
2. Drop and recreate the foglight monitoring user in the restored replica database
