SQL Performance Investigator admin dashboard is missing Agent Managers -
Description
SQL Performance Investigator administration dashboard does not list any agent managers or agents.
Messages like the following may appear in the FMS log

Cause
Failed cartridge upgrade caused incorrect SPI repository cartridges to be enabled. -
Resolution
Enable the appropriate SPIRepository cartridges
- Navigate to Administration | Cartridges | Cartridge Inventory
- Uncheck the box to Only Display Enabled Cartridges
- Enable the SPIRepository, SPIRepository_Linux64_rhel_centos_6, SPIRepository_Linux64_suse_11, and SPIRepository_Windows64 version that match version with the current enabled SQL server or Oracle cartridge.
(If unsure about which version to use, try the highest version level of these cartridges or the version matching the SPIRepository agents found the Agent Status dashboard).
