Description
The Sybase SAP ASE RepServer error log messages populate the Sybase_RS_RS_ErrorlogSummary table but not the Sybase_RS_RS_ErrorlogDetail. -
Cause
source_file property that is defined as a key in the Sybase_RS_RS_ErrorlogDetail topology causes a failure because the value of the property is always empty. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND
A hotfix for this issue has been included in the 5.9.7.23 release of the Sybase SAP ASE cartridge.
If the environment cannot be upgraded to this level, or the cartridge is above 5.9.7.23, contact Support for a hotfix.
STATUS
This defect has been logged as FOG-3453 and has been fixed in the 6.1.0.10 and higher releases of the Foglight cartridge for SAP ASE / Sybase.
