CLIENT_PLUGIN_AUTH error when connecting to MySQL instance -
Description
When installing a new MySQL agent, the message "CLIENT_PLUGIN_AUTH" is required occurs when connecting to a MySQL 5.1.5.1 instance.
ERROR [FglAM:IncomingMessage[4]-1] com.quest.glue.core.agent.AgentInstance - Failed to start data collectionjava.sql.SQLNonTransientConnectionException: CLIENT_PLUGIN_AUTH is requiredAfter upgrading to the 5.9.3.10 or higher MySQL cartridge, older MySQL databases (e.g. 5.5) no longer can be monitored. -
Cause
host cache issues on the MySQL instance

Resolution
For databases above 5.1, running the FLUSH HOSTS command may help monitoring to be re-established.
