Global view Databases dashboard display on the message "There is no data to display" (4226310)

After a Foglight license expired and a new license was added the Globalview databases dashboard displays only the message 

"There is no data to display"

CAUSE 1

Cartridges were disabled when the license expired

CAUSE 2

Corrupt views in the Database Dashboard's Global View cartridge

RESOLUTION 1

1. Navigate to Administration | Cartridges | Cartridge Inventory
2. Uncheck the checkbox next to Only display enabled cartridges
3. Select the checkboxes for the most recent versions of the installed database cartridges and DB_Global_View_UI
4. Click the Enable button

RESOLUTION 2

1. Navigate to Administration | Cartridges | Cartridge Inventory
2. Uncheck the checkbox next to Only display enabled cartridges
3. Select the checkboxes for DB_Global_View_UI cartridge
4. Click the Reset button
