Description
WORKAROUND 1:
Please ensure that SQL Optimizer, and SQL Optimizer Launcher exe files are run as Administrator by Windows. This can be set against Properties of the .exe files in Windows Explorer, so that it runs them as admin by default.WORKAROUND 2:
If using an Oracle 11.2.0.1 client, download and install a 12.1.0.2 Instant Client and use to make a connection with SQL Optimizer.
