SQL Server Health check report displays period / dot symbols where commas should be, and commas where periods / dots should be.
The German language was set in the browser.
In German the decimal separator and the grouping separator are used opposite to US English.
Change the language in the Foglight User Preferences
Navigate to Configuration | User Preferences
