The following alarm repeated fires for an Azure SQL agent in the 6.0.1.10, 6.1.0.10 and 6.1.0.11 cartridges

DBSS_Azure_Database_Recommendations Failed with the exception: Failed to execute collection [DBSS_Azure_Database_Recommendations], See the agent log for more details.

STATUS

This issue has been logged as defect FOG-4197 and has been fixed in the 6.1.5.10 and higher releases of the Azure SQL cartridge.
