Error in Generate Schema Script window: "Access Denied"
Description

Using Generate Schema Script user checks the option “View DDL when complete”. It opens up the DDL file but after that a dialog shows up with “Access is denied” error. User has no admin rights on the machine.
Cause

Windows OS permissions issue.
Resolution

Error can be ignored since script is generated. Toad uses Windows Task Scheduler to schedule activities if in case needed and requires OS privileges to run Control Panel | Scheduled Tasks.
