"Data not found" when enable check constraints in compare to 11g (4225455)

For schema comparisons, if Check Constraint comparison is enabled and uses an 11g database (either source or destination) TOAD gives an error message "data not found". The log shows "extracting check constraints" then errors out. The log shows "extracting check constraints" then errors out

This error only occurs when enabling check constraints. If disabled, there is no problem but in that case, the compare does not show null and not null differences for column constraints, which may be needed.

Issue related to the recycle bin.

WORKAROUND 1:
Purged the recycle bin before running a compare.

WORKAROUND 2:
Disable the use of recycle bins before running a compare.

STATUS:
Waiting for fix in a future version of Toad for Oracle.
