Description
The script pauses for a number of seconds when there is an issue defining one or more global variables.

Cause
The section of the trace file named "Defining Global variables" processes various Kixtart macros. The information returned is then used to set various settings. If there is an issue with returning information for these variables, then the script will pause for a brief period. -
Resolution
Run a custom script to determine which macro is being run when the delay occurs. Once the macro is determined, then further steps can be taken to determine the reason for the issue. Please Contact Technical Support for the custom script and to troubleshoot the issue further.
