If setting the Time Server does not automatically change the Time Zone then an additional step may be needed.
Cause
It appears that Windows 10 has added some additional steps when configuring the Time Server. It will set the Time Server but may not change the Time Zone automatically.
Resolution
Use Application Launcher to push the setting manually.
File Path: tzutil.exe Arguments: /s "Central Standard Time"
Note: Change "Central Standard Time" to the appropriate time zone.
