Why does the version not match? Version numbers are different on various screens (4224980)

Central Repository, Task Pad - Server Details, Properties of .exe files, .dlls, HKEY\LM\SOFTWARE\IMCEDA\LITESPEED\ENGINE\Version each display a different value for the Version.

LiteSpeed Enterprise Console - Central Repository version string different to the installed version of LiteSpeed, why ?

Various versions of tables, subprograms, etc. are described, not maintenance release version. For example, the Version listed on the Central Repository is the table version in the database.

The version string in the Central Repository is NOT the same as LiteSpeed in general but the specific version/build of the Central Repository module/structure. Having the version different to that of the installed version of LiteSpeed is normal and does not cause a problem.

LiteSpeed Version may be determined by Help | About from any LiteSpeed GUI screen or by running EXEC master.dbo.xp_sqllitespeed_version from SQL Server Query Analyzer; the product version and engine version display the maintenance release version

The various version number displays described above are normal part of the product's design, but future design will be more clear to end users.
