Object Search returns all schema objects if Search Term contains an underscore character. (4224576)

User is using Object Search to search for packages/procedures with source code including raise_ text. Object Search returns every package/procedure within schema. In the Results tab, opening a package that does not have the word raise_ results in Search string raise_ not found error.

Issue persists with any Search Term containing the underscore character. Issue also persistent with searching object names.
