How to return a list of mailboxes that have specific text in the Info (Notes) attribute

Create a custom report and use the quick filters to narrow the scope of your search:

1. Open MessageStats Reports
2. Click File | New | Custom Report
3. Click Next
4. Select Inventory Reports - Primary Mailboxes and click Next
5. Select at least the Display Name and Info fields (you can any other fields you wish) and click Next
6. Do not add any filters so that all mailboxes are returned (the quick filters will be used to search through all of the mailboxes). Click Next
7. Select how you would like the data grouped and click Next
8. Select how you would like to sort the data and click Next
9. Select how to format the display and click Next
10. Enter a description for the report and click Finish
11. After the report generates click the first drop down box of the quick filter at the bottom of the page and select Info
12. Click the second drop down box and select Contains
13. Enter the text you want to search for and click the check mark
14. Click File | Save
15. Select the folder you want to save the report to, provide a name for the report and click OK
