Title
Newly installed Coordinator will not stay running or fully initialize -
Description
After successfully installing, the Coordinator status is shown as stopped. Trying to manually start the service results in it stopping.
The Coordinator log shows errors and warnings similar to the following:
"Failed GetComputerObjectName. The system cannot contact a domain controller to service the authentication request. Please try again later"
"The specified name is not a forest, Active Directory domain controller, ADAM instance, or ADAM configuration set. Parameter name: context"

Cause
The Coordinator is not able to reach a DC or GC on ports 389 and 3268 -
Resolution
The Change Auditor Coordinator needs to be able to contact all Domain Controllers on port 389 and all Global Catalog servers on port 3268 to be able to start. Confirm there is at least one GC in the forest at that ports 389 and 3268 are open and accessible from the Coordinator to all the DCs and GCs in the forest.
