Rebuild All Unusable Indexes option of Schema Browser | Invalid Objects Treeview style does not perform anyrebuilds on indexes and they remain invalid.
Resolution

WORKAROUND:
Change Schema Browser Style to Tab or Dropdown and right-click on index name to select Rebuild All Unusable Indexes.

STATUS:
Waiting for fix to be released in a future version of Toad for Oracle.
