Description
The following error occurs when trying to open the Mobile IT app on an iOS device:
"Untrusted Enterprise Developer"
"iPhone Distribution: <Company Name> has not been trusted on this <deviceName>. Until this developer has been trusted, their enterprise apps will not be available for use" -
Resolution
Try the following on the iOS device:
- Tap Settings | General | Profile
- Tap the name of the app listed on the screen
- Tap Trust
If the steps above do not resolve the issue or if the Company Name listed in the error is the name of your company, please contact Apple Support for further assistance.
