Description
After upgrade quest objects became invalid.

Cause
Quest Server Agent was not uninstalled prior to upgrade -
Resolution
When planning to upgrade Oracle, first uninstall Quest Server Agent (QSA), upgrade Oracle, then reinstall the server and and QSA.
Workaround:
1. Uninstall the Server Agent
From the Space Manager main menu, select Tools | Admin | Quest Server Agent | Manage Quest Server Agent Installation
Select Remove Quest Server and complete the Server Agent Installer Wizard
2. Reinstall Server components
From Space Manager main menu select Tools | Admin | Reinstall Space Manager Server Objects. When installation of the server components is finished, the Server Agent
Installer opens and prompts you to install the agent
3. Install the Server Agent. This ensures that the correct Oracle libraries are used after upgrade
