1. Stop Intrust services (InTrust Server, Agent, and Real-time Monitoring)
2. Use the Indexing Tool if needed.
3. Navigate to the following folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Quest\InTrust\Server\InTrust\Repositories\<RepositoryName> and delete the IndexingRoot$ folder.
4. Navigate to the following folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Quest\InTrust\Server\InTrust\Repositories\<RepositoryName>\Hot$\IndexingRoot$ and delete the IndexingRoot$ folder.
5. Restart the Intrust Server service, and the agent and Real-Time Monitoring services.
6. Rerun the failed jobs/collections.
Note: On very large repositories (1TB+) the reindexing may take a very long time.
