Search error in console: "Error deleting temporary file" "The process cannot access the file" (4222108)

When running a Search in "Find" in the Recovery Manager for Exchange Console you see the following error:

"Error deleting temporary file "<File>. Details: System.IO.IOException: The process cannot access the file '<File_In_temp_dir>' because it is being used by another process."

Real example of the error:

Mar 11  09:58:49.955       [2100:0221]         1                             AttachmentTextRestriction.CheckRestriction(): Error deleting temporary file "C:\Users\<User>\AppData\Local\Temp\2\tmp7355.pdf". Details: System.IO.IOException: The process cannot access the file 'C:\Users\<User>\AppData\Local\Temp\2\tmp7355.pdf' because it is being used by another process.

Too many searches open and are running at the same time which is causing a lock on the file Recovery Manager for Exchange is trying to clean up after it completes the search.

Windows Indexing has a lock on the file or AntiVirus scan is running at the time.

Run only one search at a time. If you have Multiple Search Tabs open ensure they're all not running at once.

Turn off AntiVirus while Recovery Manager for Exchange is searching.
