Using TAB key in Code Insight pick list does not select the selected entry. (4221934)

When using TAB key to select an entry in Code Insight pick list and exit the pick list, Toad 10.5 keeps pick list open and only enters a partial name of entry in Editor.

This is per new design of Code Insight pick list.  It fills partial values as possible. For example, if the pick list displays columns of a table and all column names start with the prefix MY_TABLE_COL_, then pressing TAB inserts MY_TABLE_COL_ into the Editor.  List will narrow down to the columns starting with this pick list and an entry will be selected once a unique value has been selected.
