How to export out of Toad primarily the Entities, Attributes, and Notes, allow the Notes to be modified, then import back into Toad?
Resolution

Toad Data Modeler 5.2 release is scheduled to include exporting to Excel and importing back in Toad. The latest Beta and commercial editions of Toad can be downloaded from:
