New Custom Counter cannot be enabled. -
Description
A new Custom Counter was created, however, it cannot be enabled and user cannot add this Custom Counter in Alarms windows. -
Cause
Default Settings option is select on Connections drop down menu. -
Resolution
1. In Custom Counter window, from Connection drop down menu, select an instance name.
2. Click 'Override the default settings' checkbox
3. Enable Custom Counter by clicking on the checkbox next to Custom Counter name
