There are no errors in the SLTrace. Under the (C:\Program Files (x86)\ScriptLogic\DA Update Client\Cache\SMO) folder there is a .log file with the same name as the MSI Package. In this log file error 1311 is listed.
Error 1311 - "Source file not found(cabinet): C:\Program Files (x86)\ScriptLogic\DA Update Client\Cache\SMO\filename.xxx"
The MSI Packages object is for standalone MSI packages only. Desktop Authority copies the MSI file down to the machine before running it. If the MSI has support files like .cab files, they will not exist on the machine when Desktop Authority tries to run it and this error will be received.
Use Application Launcher to run the MSI file from a location that also contains the support files.
