Requirement to start over or back-up the search information so that it can be re-imported later.
Searches may be exported and imported individually or as a group if they are all within the same folder, IE Private or Shared searches.
To export an individual search, select the search and then right click. Select export from the provided menu. Browse to a suitable location to save the .xml file and click OK.
To export a folder Right click and select export from the provided menu. Browse to a suitable location to save the .xml files and click OK.
To import searches Under the Searches tab select the folder Private or Shared, right click and select Import Search or in the case of a folder of searches then select Import Folder. Browse to the location of the exported search file and click OK If you have subfolders under Private you will need to import each folder.
