Resolution
Quest Notes Migrator for SharePoint includes a unique link-tracking service that keeps track of every document that you migrate. When users click on a migrated Document Link, the service redirects them to the current location of the linked-to document, whether or not that document still resides in Notes or has been migrated to SharePoint.
