When running the IIS og Files / OWA / Windows Mobile Gathering task, you see the following error in the task log: "Log folder not exists folder = \\<ServerName>\C$\inetpub\logs\LogFiles\W3SVc1\
This can happen if the IIS logs are not in the default folder W3SVC1.
Refresh the Location of the IIS Log Files on the server that is referenced in the error.
1. Open the MessageStats Console
2. Expand Exchange Organizations | Servers
3. Right-click the Server that is giving the error and click properties
4 Click the IIS Log Files tab
5. Click Refresh
6. Confirm the location is now correct
7. Rerun the gathering
