How to generate a report to list Full Mailbox Access on a certain mailbox (4217408)

Note: Mailbox security information is not collected as part of a Default gathering. To see data in the Mailbox Security reports, a Mailbox Security gathering task must be run. For more information, see the MessageStats Administrator Guide

1. Open MessageStats Reports and choose |  Mailboxes | Mailbox Security | Mailbox Security report.

2. For Display name click the "..." button or manually type in the display name of the users mailbox you would like to check who has the permissions on it.

3. Click Apply filters to run the report. 

4. At the bottom of the page you can click the Drop-down and select ACE Access = Full Mailbox access and then click Ok, and then the Check mark.

That will give you a list of the users who have Full Mailbox access that the mailbox who you entered the display name for.
