Distribution Lists removed but still visible within Export Notes Directory Export screen (4215258)

There are Notes Distribution Lists (groups) removed from the source Domino server. The propagation is fully completed.

You perform a new Directory Export process but these groups removed are still visible within the Export Notes Directory screen.

What is in the database, stays in the database. During the first Directory Export process, these groups are exported. As a result, they are in the database.

You can add and/or edit a group but you may not be able to remove the group from the database.

WORKAROUND

Create a new groups collection and do not add the group into the list.
