Cause
This error occurs because one of the columns that was added to the index 'Ind_Name' exceeds 900 bytes (SQL server restriction)

Resolution
There are 2 way to address this:
1. Exclude the column from the index
2. Exclude the column from the index and make this column an Included Column of the index 'Ind_Name' -
Additional Information
This can only happen if the Audit Database was customized (your own index added), as the predefined Audit database objects meet all SQL server restrictions
