Memory utilization displays inconsistent values between Host and Oracle DB dashboards (4213228)

The memory utilization in database dashboard and the memory utilization in hosts dashboard displays different values and are not consistent when OS collection is enabled in DB agent

Please check if the "Use native collector" option is enabled (default value = true) in IC (Infrastructure Cartridge) agent and if so disable that option. That will ensure both the dashboards (hosts and database) would display the consistent values.

1. Go to "Administration | Agents | Agent Status"
2. Select the problematic IC agent and click on "Edit Properties"
3. Click on "Modify the private properties for this agent"
4. Find the property "Use native collector" and change it to "False"

The memory utilization in Foglight is calculated based on the output from Topas command with %comp + %client values.
