Cannot run installer or upgrade button -
Description
When trying to install or upgrade to 8.14 or 8.15, the installer launches from autorun but install and upgrade buttons do not spawn the installer. -
Cause
This is a file association issue. The .hta extension that the installer uses requires that the file association be Microsoft (R) HTML Application Host.

Resolution
This can be changed in:
Control Panel - Default Programs - Associate a file type or protocol with a program
Then choose the .HTA extension and associate the Microsoft (R) HTML Application Host
