Lookup Columns break List that is using InfoPath forms (4211663)

When using Migrator for Notes to SharePoint to create a List and data, there are lookups that we connected to existing Lookup list in the site.

After migrating the data, the Lookups work fine. However, when you 'Customize the Form' using InfoPath and ONLY publish the InfoPath form without making any changes, the Lookups break and show numbers instead of the correct values to select from.

This scenario is unsupported by Migrator for Notes to SharePoint due to a InfoPath limitation.

The Lookup field data is empty in the form because InfoPath is unable to get the Lookup field's resource list data.

WORKAROUND

1. Migrate the Notes data to SharePoint using MNSP 
2. Click "Customize Form" in the SharePoint Ribbon
3. Open the InfoPath Form, add one more Lookup field to InfoPath that doesn’t have to be added in the Form (the Lookup field’s Source list should be as same as the Lookup field which is created by MNSP)
4. Publish the InfoPath form
5. Delete the Lookup field in the SharePoint list settings which is created in the 3rd step
