When migrating data from Lotus Notes, you may find documents and other elements are missing from the migrated mail file.

Once the Notes DB has been repaired you can migrate the corresponding mail files from a central location, see below steps:
1) Place this on a share that can be access from the NME workstation
2) Using NME create a collection for this user.
3) Select Locate Notes Data Stores
4) In Operations to perform select Find new data stores and gather statistics
5) In Data to locate select Archives
6) In Specify How to Find Notes Archives select scan file systems directories that I specify
7) Add the share in as an Archive Root Directory
8) Select Examine ACL’s to determine owner
9) Run the task now on the computer, the database copy will now be associated as a local file archive against the user.
Once these tasks have been performed, you will have associated the Lotus Notes database copy as a local archive for the user.
Migrate the Local Archive File:
10) Select Migrate User Data
11) Select the User collection and then click on Migrate
12) Select Migrate Users
13) On the Specify Data for Migration Screen, Select Migrate Archives
14) On the Notes Mail Files section select Through the File System
15) In Destination, select your required destination.
At this point you should use your normal migration settings to finish the process, and to migrate the local database copy as an archive into the users destination mailbox/pst file.
