Intrust agent deployment fails with an error in the Intrust log:
"Failed to install agent. Cannot copy agent distribution file C:\Program Files (x86)\Quest\InTrust\Server\ADC\Agent\winnt_x86\redist\adcscm.nt_intel.exe (The semaphore timeout period has expired. (Win32 error: 121)) The semaphore timeout period has expired"

Cause
To deploy the agent, necessary files are copied from the Intrust Server over to the \\servername\admin$ location on a destination server. When network or disk failures take place during the copy process, Windows may not be able to transfer Intrust agent files to a destination server.

Resolution
The error is returned by the operating system and needs to be investigated further for network and (or) disk failures that could cause the copy process to fail.
