The following error occurs when viewing HTML formatted mail, from a restore source: "The component 'Microsoft Exchange Forms Registry' encountered an error: The form required to view this message cannot be displayed. Contact your administrator".

Resolution
CAUSE
This error is encountered when the installed mail client is Outlook 2000 and the mail format is HTML.
WORKAROUND
The error can be resolved by upgrading to Outlook 2003.
