No ACL is migrated over to Outlook | Inbox folder during Office 365 migration (4209851)

This is for Office 365 as target

You migrate a user and this user has  multiple Notes users have the following ACL on the mail database.

ACCESS: Reader

• Write Public documents
• Replicate or copy documents

These ACLs are added by using Domino Administrator and not end-user Notes Client.

After the migration, Outlook | Inbox folder level permission migrated as NONE.

1- Find the migrated user manually in Office 365 control panel

2- Go to Mailbox Delegation section

3- Delete the names you see under Send on behalf and Full Access and Save. Keep the service account name if you see it.

• The service account is the account specified under Exchange Server | Administrator SMTP Address

4- Create an Outlook profile for the migrated user

5- Verify the deleted names are matching you did at  #3

• You may need to do this by going to by going the Properties | Permissions of every single folder you see.
• If you see a Display Name, please remove it

6- Upgrade to NME 4.8.1.23. Please feel free to contact Support to request that release

7- After the upgrade, please reset the current Admin Pool accounts under Exchange Server settings

8- Create new Admin Pool accounts

9- Perform a new migration
