Description: After issuing the "Restart Library" command, errors occur in the logs
Example: "Internal error node locked by another batch"
Solution: This is expected behavior. The "Restart Library" command is usually issued to resolve a network issue with an ACSLS or NDMP attached library. It stops and restarts the changer and drive processes. This has the effect of restarting the network/socket connections as the existing ones are closed and new ones are created.
