NDMP backup of Isilon IQ Cluster fails with Error "failed to build index"

Cause
This is an Isilon bug. According to the Quest bug NCG-181, in the Isilon implementation of NDMP they are missing a path seperator "/"
when sending us the file history.
The history information is provided relative to the volume
backed up; it begins with "." (dot). The NDMP specification
indicates that the entry MUST begin with a separator (/).

Resolution
The configurable workaround includes adding an entry in the
ndmpversions.cfg file under the stanza Isilon v4 Data Server
