Description:
Can't configure encryption by copying encryption.cfg from one machine to another

Symptoms:
It is no longer possible to copy the encryption.cfg file from one machine to another after version 7.4. This was deemed a security risk and hence the Encryption String is now encrypted as well..

You must now set the encryption string on every machine via the NetVault Configurator. If your machine does not have a GUI, you will need to export an X session either via SSH, Telnet, or a third party application such as Reflection X.
